Popchew is looking for a R&D Chef to help us create the best smash burger in NYC. This will require a lot of recipe experimentation, and testing with customers.The chefwill be working out of our kitchen facility.Scope of Work:1. Createthe best smash burger in NYC, we will keepimproving it until it really is the best2. Food is delivery only so the food that is created must hold up well in a delivery capacity3. Write down SOPs, Prep guides, and build sheets for all menu items4. Imrpove the recipe based on customer feedbackCompensation:$25-$50 an hour
